'We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was spotless clean. Very spacious. The bed was wonderful. Great place to return to after a long day out in the warm weather. Complimentary breakfast was also great. A little busy but always found a table to sit down and eat. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Location of the hotel is very convenient regarding Universal Parks and shopping malls. There were also many dining options. Would definitely stay again. '

'It is a nice, clean hotel. Very nice and friendly staff. Housekeeping was a little bit confused I guess, they 've forgotten some things like towels, coffee. Beds were fine, the airsuction? in the bathroom was'nt working so after a shower it was wet...'

'Mooie hotelkamer. Ondanks dat het een heel groot hotel is, heb je niet door dat er zoveel mensen zijn. Restaurants qua eten en prijs ook goed. Je loopt zo vanaf het hotel naar de Universal Citywalk.'

'Aankomst en locatie zijn top. Kamer was ruim en aardig personeel. De mensen bij de universal kaartverkoop in het hotel hebben ons wel afgezet.'

'Overall, everything was great. The only complaints that I had was that there was some marijuana smell coming through the vents and there was a lot of ants in the bathroom sink other than that great great location great room great communication. I will definitely book again.'

'Had the best time visiting this resort in mid Aug! Rented the 4BR w/pool & game room! Family of 6 fit extremely well in the home! Home was super clean, well stocked, plenty of all toiletries, dry goods & linens. Kids LOVED the game room!!! The beds, OMG, so SO comfortable!! Like better than our $10k bed at home! Pools were super fun, so fun that we extended a day! Evening swims were awesome, music choice by management-well done!! Pool food was priced well for a resort, not overpriced at all IMO....

'I have to give it 5 stars since the apartment is very new and clean, super clean and nice area for kids and family. The water park is perfect size for young kids to play. I love love this place because of their exceptional cleanliness. To me that’s the most important even though the price is a little higher than other hotels! '

'The room was really nice, you can tell it was just remodeled. Comfortable beds, huge TV's in each room. I think they had a little too much furniture, the bedrooms were pretty tight to walk around. I think this is an independently owned condo in this building, the condo looks amazing, but the resort in general could use updating. The hallways look older, the elevator had issues, we had to walk up 7 flights of stairs a couple times, and the pool was not heated. '

'They would not give me access even One Minute early. The lock activated at 4pm. No one was inside, it was all ready for us but the whole family had to eait outside untill the lock set time. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient. Then they've kept bugging and bugging us about leaving on time or they were gonna charge me more money this was not a good deal'

'O hotel é excelente para ficar com a família, perto de tudo, acomodação novas cozinha completa, a única coisa que tenho a dizer, é que depois de um dia de parque ter uma banheira para relaxar seria perfeito. Mais isso não influência na qualidade do hotel.'

'Great spacious place'

'This is a duplex and the pool out back was good but you do share with the next door attached duplex but we never saw the other people. Had some problems with the TVs. The one in the main room and the smaller bedroom were Roku but only one Roku remote. The TV in the master bedroom didn't seem to have any connections to be able to use.One afternoon returning from Universal, there was a couple fixing the loose netting around the pool and cleaning the pool but were there until after 8pm which held...

'We loved how close this property is to Universal Orlando! It made it so much easier to get to City Walk, and the Universal theme parks. We used the water taxi from Lowes Portifino and it was a wonderful trip! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We are very pleased with our stay at this condo, we all loved it. '
