'Een dikke week hier verbleven. Op zich prima hotel. Alleen personeel is super ongemotiveerd. Zijn niet behulpzaam en allemaal liever lui dan behulpzaam. 4 keer geen handdoeken in de badkamer na schoonmaak. Iedere dag geen lepels op tafel. Moeilijk om restaurant te boeken. Altijd vol of de des treffen de persoon moet aanwezig. Klantvriendelijkheid is echt verschrikkelijk '

'I found the accommodations to be beautiful. The room we stayed in had a full kitchen and dining area, as well as, a living room. The staff was accommodating and very friendly. We enjoyed the live music on the property. The shuttle service made it easy to get around. '

'The condo was very spacious, plenty of room for our party of 5. Very close to the beach which was great. There is a restaurant at the hotel and the food was very good. However, any other restaurants were about a 20 minute walk. We ate at some places at Atlantis which were great but very expensive! Our condo was in much need of updating/renovating/repairs.
