'Large hotel with friendly staff who helped to fix our car. Breakfast is buffet style and the restaurant has a fair number of options. Good shower and a large bathroom. Reservation details seem to be mixed up but checking the confirmation the hotel revived it was pretty clear. I would recommend the place.'

'Do not stay here, total false advertisement. We went to Kigali for a conference and booked this hotel for the week, but This place is defined not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old, disgusting and very old carpets and curtains, very poor lighting, not flat screen tv’s and barely working to non existent wifi. All of these advertised in their website. 'This property was not as described in the descriptions. I was expecting a pool and restaurant and spa. When I arrived, it was in a new development. Construction all around. And it was only a single house with rooms. The other amenities were in another house too far away to go to. No one would help take you there and this location was difficult to find.'

'The place has great potential. A few things can be improved to make it better. The breakfast is basic, there is less things to eat each day. The food at restaurants is overcharged based on what you can find at nearby and better restaurants. Room are comfortable but amenities in room is lacking.. eg: there was only 2 hangers. Sanitary equipment is very old and outdated in bathrooms etc. The few improvements can give the place a better reputation and attract more customers. '
