« The room was very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Coffee was available all day. The room was cold because the air conditioner was set to 63. We couldnt shut off the a/c. It was very noisy.the noise kept us awake. »

« We recently stayed at the Country Inn in Walker, MN, and from the moment we walked through the door, our experience was wonderful. Check-in was quick and friendly — the staff greeted us warmly, explained all the hotel services, and told us about the complimentary breakfast. Our room was spacious, spotless, and in excellent condition, with thoughtful touches like a mini-fridge, whirlpool tub, roomy desk, and plenty of towels. We especially loved the little rubber duckie gift for social media...

« The hosts, Gary and Sandra, were so welcoming. It felt like home. Breakfast was amazing. The property was safe, wrll kept, and so fun to sit in the swing at the lake and enjoy the fall day. Rooms were very quiet and so comfortable. Highly recommend for everyone looking to get away and enjoy the area. We will return again. »

« We booked Cabin 2 for a weekend hunting trip and really enjoyed our experience. The staff was very accommodating when we needed to change our booking, and again when the weather caused us to check-in after regular hours. The resort is pet friendly, but our cabin was very clean and we couldn't tell if there had ever been a dog in there. The cabins feel like like actual cabins, not just impersonal sleeping rooms. We had a great time, and we're looking forward to booking again next year. »

« A bit run down, the mattress downstairs bedroom is EXTREMELY HARD, uncomfortable! Need more blankets, only gave 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days, had to go out and buy. Also the patio looks much different than the pics, there was an ashtray of cigarette butts that needed to be emptied. The check out instructions specify to used a designated laundry bag under kitchen sink, there was no bags. The bathroom sink drains very slow, and if you’re tall ,don’t stay here! The ceiling is very low! Tried...

« The main floor and additional downstairs allowed us to spread out. The kitchen was basic, but allowed us to make a couple of simple meals. I appreciated that the two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths provided us the space and comfort for our family. The neighborhood is rather rough and the exterior of the building made me pause when we approached, but the inside showed care and was clean. »
