« Terribly bad property. Not as shown in the image .. cockroaches everywhere in the room … very dirty bedsheet, unusable bathroom … no water pressure in the bathroom. I do not recommend this property at all. »

« Sudip and Suchita( sorry If I forgot the name) were really good and after initial issue with room, Sudip stepped in and sorted the problem. He showed professionalism and made our stay for next 3 days exteremely good and enjoyable. Front staff were polite and accommodative and took care of us. »

« Even after booking through Expedia, the property refuses to allot any rooms as they haven’t got any confirmation or the payment from Expedia on the booking. So we hv to look for another hotel and get through a lot of mental harassment »

« The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel amenities are very efficient and effective, and the view of the mountains from the top two floors - is just fantastic. Had a bit of a medical emergency, and the hotel had no immediate response. They did not know how to call a doctor, but they did provide a car to take me to the hospital next-door but did not offer the car service to come back. »

« Chambre 507 dernier étage juste à côté d'un vieux climatiseurs qui nous a empêché de dormir toute la nuit. Isolation phonique des fenêtres plus que moyen. Climatisation interne impossible à régler. Par contre excellent restaurant avec un chef de première qualité. »

« Location is Good »

« This property located one of the prime location. Surrounding area of this property is not clean at all. I have found bed bug. Washroom is very narrow and metal towel rack has been placed in bad position. I got hit by towel rack and cut my forehead. When I requested front desk staff for band aid, I had to wait around 15mins as they had to run to the pharmacy to buy it for me. »

« Staffs are very helpful and polite.. the main thing which I want to convey that I went there for 2 days stay along with my husband and my infant kid(5month) , my son is having fever and cough n cold ...they are very kind enough to allow my parents for room visit.. thank you again. « I had a single day stay here to visit Shri Baidhyanath mandir. The staff was extremely polite, restaurant has great food and hotel room was clean. I will recommend this to my family and friends visiting Deodhar . It's decent distance from Mandir , and Jasidhi station. »
