« Hôtel très bien situé et calme. Équipements satisfaisants. Point négatif, l'accueil vraiment déplorable à l'arrivée comme au départ. Certes la communication n'est pas facile mais cela n'interdit pas de sourire. Les femmes de ménage et le garçon du restaurant sont par contre très sympathiques. »

« The hotel facilities were clean and the beds were comfortable. I used room 901, and the TV and single sofa were placed far apart. The iPad was not mirrored on the smart TV. Other than that, I was satisfied and would use it again. »

« Parsonnel agréable et serviable. J'ai quitté l'hôtel à 3h du matin et c'est la première fois que l'on me propose spontanément dans une telle situation une lunch box. »

« Second séjour à Almaty et second séjour dans cet hôtel qui est idéalement situé à maximum trente de minutes des principaux centres d'intéret de la ville et à 500 mètres d'une station de métro. Compter maximum 4000 Tengues pour le taxi de l'aéroport (de 15 à 35 minutes selon la circulation). Personnel aimable et serviable, petit déjeuner correct et restaurant/bar de l'hôtel très agréable en soirée. »

« Прекрасный отель. Даже не смотрите по сторонам. В самом лучшем месте Алматы, до Достык Плазы 700 метров. Персонал очень вежливый и помогает во всем. Завтраки приносят в номер во сколько вы пожелаете. Даже местные на геликах и других дорогих машинах в этом отеле останавливаются. Вообщем цена качество просто супер. Особенная благодарность Ансару »

« Inside the room was clean with ac and water bottles. But the door and the Frame itself wasn’t the most updated. Location was okay with quick walk to the bus route to the airport and main bus station. The breakfast was poor, I noticed the server bringing other plates of food look better than the plate I was given, mine had old brown apple slices and stale brown bread. Maybe the kitchen staff treated me less because I was a person of colour, probably. Front desk was ok and answered my questions. »

« The views are spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love that each room has its own sauna. Take advantage of the restaurant for lunch or an early dinner. Managing the gondola timing is easy. And if you miss the lower gondola, there a taxis that can take you to the second stop. We had more than enough time to go to the city and make it back before the last gondola. »
