Welcome to your South Georgia cabin retreat.

OCCUPANCY AND QUIET HOURS
• Up to five registered overnight guests.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Respect neighbors and wildlife.
• No smoking inside. Do not cut down trees or disturb the natural surroundings.

PETS BY PRIOR APPROVAL
• One well-behaved pet is allowed with approval before check-in and a $100 non-refundable fee per stay. Dogs and cats may be considered with prior approval.
• Supervise pets and keep them appropriately restrained outdoors. Bring food, bowls, bedding, and waste bags. Clean up after pets indoors and outdoors.
• No pets on furniture or beds unless otherwise agreed. Excessive barking, aggression, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.
• Guests are responsible for pet damage and additional cleaning for excessive hair, odors, or mess. Respect restricted areas and applicable local pet rules. Identification tags and current vaccinations are recommended.
• Guests assume responsibility for injuries or damage caused by their pets; hosts are not liable for incidents involving pets on the premises.

HOT TUB AND OUTDOORS
• Shower before hot tub use. No glass, soaps, or added chemicals. Replace the cover when not in use.
• Supervise children and pets around the pond, hot tub, and natural areas. Wildlife, including snakes and alligators, may be present around Southern waterways. Do not approach or feed wildlife.
• Fish only in our smaller pond in the field. The larger pond on the left when entering belongs to a neighbor.
• Bring fishing gear. Catch and release is preferred; up to two fish may be kept per stay, with no limit on bowfin under our pond rules.
• Use artificial lures or worms; no other live bait. Use designated fishing areas and remove all trash, hooks, and line.
• Fishing is for guests only. Outside visitors require prior approval.

GATHERINGS AND EVENTS
• Contact us before booking any event or gathering; advance approval is required.
• Events with 10 or more guests have an additional charge for cleaning, preparation, and property use. Pricing is discussed before approval.
• Events exceeding 50 guests are not permitted. A refundable deposit may be required depending on the event.
• Unregistered gatherings may result in penalties or cancellation.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
• Self check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Your side-door keypad code is sent through your booking platform on arrival day.
• Checkout is by 10:00 AM. Wash dishes and clean cooking areas; clean the grill after use. Lock doors and windows and return moved items to their original places.

RURAL SETTING AND CONNECTIVITY
• Access includes a few miles of dirt road. Grounds may be muddy after rain; bring suitable footwear.
• Wi-Fi is slow and intended for basic browsing and email. Streaming or heavy use may be limited. Cell coverage varies by carrier.
