"De room The room we were given on the second attempt was very proper. The lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly and did everything she could to correct the mistake. Compliments to her. The lady in the restaurant during breakfast also deserves a big compliment. With the many limitations, she tried to think in terms of solutions. No any spoons available. The restaurant during dinner was terrible in every respect. The service: people who have to do this work without any training whatsoever. The kitchen was extremely limited, and what we could get, we would have been better off buying on the street. No sparkling water available; lemon was eventually received upon emphatic request. We had to squeeze it ourselves and not offer it in slices. Beer: without a beer glass in a restaurant; eventually received a lemonade glass, but with ice in the glass. Unbelievable. We had already finished our drinks when the soft drink for our daughter arrived. Meat with green banana and NO salad. No salad available. A McDonald's hamburger would have been better. If we want the discount, please pick up the hotel room card, otherwise no discount. Truly, this was a farce. Pay your staff, otherwise people will never eat at this snack bar again. Later, we ordered pastries downstairs in the hotel. This lady deserves a compliment too. Very service-oriented. At midnight, we asked the receptionist to turn down the bass in the music. He actually did so and deserves a compliment as well."
