« Property- Nice three story apartment in a quiet neighborhood with everything provided with the being home feeling. Most properties around are of either apartment complexes or condos which make the area seem congested but that’s the drawback of being in downtown. Mobility- Driving time to the waterfront was about fifteen minutes even it was only twelve blocks away due to traffic but if you’re walking you are likely going be at least thirty minutes one way.
