'Beautiful property in a beautiful location'

'We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cozy bear condo on top of the mountain in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was lovely, clean, quiet and stocked with all the kitchen appliances towels, bedding, toiletries, games everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the property was well maintained. It was just a quick 10 minute drive down the mountain to be right in town. 'Room was clean but the shower was so confining that is was nearly impossible to turn around when showering. There was no room/space in the shower to wife to shave legs. Our 3rd floor room was directly above the large pool and several people had brought boom boxes and the sound carried up to our room. We could not sit out on the balcony because of the noise. We complained to the front desk and they sent security to ask them to turn the noise down but two hours later they again had the boom...
