'The water in the waterpark area was terribly cold. The air in the area was also not very warm. The majority of the halls smelled like stinky loud pot. I do not think they even tried to get the people to discontinue! It was rampant in numerous areas and definitely not just one customer room! It smelled terrible!'

'Friendly persons, clean room and a good breakfast. Very close to a busstop which I only can recommend. For $ 2.00 the bus drives you straight to the center and you just have to put the money in a box near the busdriver. It’s cheaper if you go by car(parking costs)'

I also expected to have a queen bed, but only double beds were available, so I had to find another hotel for my family because the beds were too small, and the room had a strong, unpleasant smell. 'We booked 2 queen bed room. Was given 1 king and told they’re was nothing they could do. Blamed Expedia for the mess up. Staff was completely rude about the inconvenience. Stayed at the hotel many times. Not sure if I will ever again and use Expedia again.'
