« The stay was great. Friendly staff. Very helpful. Great breakfast options. Bed was more comfortable than a lot of hotels I've stayed in. They had a pool table and a good selection of board games and things to do as a family. That was great. There were only 2 things I wish were a little better. The pool water was pretty cold. It was tough to get used to but a staff member did come in and turn the water temp up so it warmed up slightly. Also, I wish there was a microwave in the room. Overall, I...

« We enjoyed our stay very much! My husband and i rented a room here on a whim after leaving a not so good hotel. The people at Crown Pointe checked us in right away and were very nice and understanding. The people at the desk were so nice, friendly and personable. The room and lobby areas were very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was so good! We will definitely be staying here again. »
