« After I made my reservation I called and requested a handicap room with a roll in shower. When I got there I was offered 2 options - either a handicap room with a full tub or a room with a step-in shower with no hand rails or seat. Unfortunately the toilet wasn’t a raised one as is usually found in those types of rooms. « Was very disappointed that I had to come to the front desk every night and ask for my door key to be activated. Also was very upset that we were made aware of the pool being closed down. Was extremely upsetting to walk by the front desk from the 4th floor in all our swimwear and nobody say anything. »
