« I booked 2 rooms. Our friends room was so dirty they tried cleaning it themselves but when they pulled back the covers and discovered the bed was full of hair, they checked out and went to another hotel. Our room the bed had an odor and I found several hairs in the bathroom and on the towels. The bathroom floor was dirty and the whole hotel needed painted and updated. Do not recommend »

« AC unit was broken and making noises. The pool was still being built so my kids were sad and wish they told us sooner that it wasn’t ready yet. The elevator broke multiple times with people inside. Place was brand new and probably opened too soon. Once all the kinks are ironed out it will be a nice place to stay. Our room was clean and staff was really nice. Location was great too and next to gas station, grocery and restaurants. »

« The manager Kerrie was wonderful! We had a couple issues that she did try to fix and even though she wasn’t able to, she did what she could. This is a wonderful place to stay, the staff was super friendly and we will stay again. »

« Très malpropre, très vieux et sale tapis. Plancher salle de bain, très sale. Au bas de la porte il y a un espace assez grand que même de petits animaux pourraient passer. J’ai bloqué l’ouverture avec des serviettes. »

« The sink wouldn't drain. The toilet didn't always flush. The bathtub was stained. The ice machine didn't work. There wasn't always someone at the front desk. But the air conditioner was good and cold. »

« All the proposed rooms were smelling cigarette, even the one that were supposed to be non smoking. The bed cover were stained and looks dirty. »

« Great location, nice-dog friendly hotel. This is right off the freeway, has many places to eat nearby. We highly recommend trying The Firefly grill one block away Everyone on staff was very nice. »

« My room was very clean. The staff was very quick at answering my questions. Parking was great. The heat and air conditioner worked great when I needed to use them. I really enjoyed my stay in Shelbyville. »

« Was very disappointed that I had to come to the front desk every night and ask for my door key to be activated. Also was very upset that we were made aware of the pool being closed down. Was extremely upsetting to walk by the front desk from the 4th floor in all our swimwear and nobody say anything. »

« Poor service. When I checked in (upon arrival), the receptionist answered no fewer than four phone calls, leaving me waiting at the counter for over 10 minutes! »
