Aparthotels in Zuidelijk West Virginia

'Clean room'

'I enjoyed my stay. I only needed the 2 nights but the property was clean and the breakfast was a nice to have. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely stay again.'

'This is a nice, clean, comfortable and convenient motel. But the WiFi connection was impossible to connect to and the response I got from the staff was: I am having the same problem. For the price to stay here I expected to have decent WiFi available . Otherwise, a pretty nice place with a better than average breakfast.'

'I’ve been in my share of Holiday Inn Express’, but this one in on the bottom of my list. Very indifferent staff (by arrival and check-out). I booked a king and got 2 queens.. further, walls are thin, you can hear conversations in the room next door. Neighbourhood is sketchy. Room was clean, i have to say. '

'We came so late at night and paid $170 for a room that stinks, dirty and we cant even lock the door. We did not sleep. We were travelling with our kids and did not have any other choice that night.'

'The staff were lovely and the breakfast was great! The room was overall clean but there were lots of areas that needed attention, especially in the bathroom. The exhaust fan was completely covered in dust and lots of rust on the shower curtain rod, a moldy/mildew shower handle, things like that. The bed was also not very comfortable. In a pinch I would stay again, but otherwise would probably choose other accommodations.'

'The rooms, furnishings and building are good quality and appear to be well maintained. The location is good for access to downtown, the university and the interstate. The front desk and food service staff showed no customer service skills. The pay for parking seems like a hidden way to raise prices and is extra annoying because you need an obscure app to load your vehicle and pay.'
