'The property had several positives. Check-in was seamless, instructions were clear, and everything in the unit was thoughtfully labeled. The location was excellent—close to downtown Elora, local attractions, and easy parking. The space was modern, and the listing photos accurately represented the property.The unit was generally tidy and reasonably clean, though not immaculate. Unfortunately, there were two significant concerns. Despite the no-smoking policy, there was a strong smoke odor...

It was over 30 degrees outside and hotter inside. Absolutely a horrible experience. We left and I asked for a full refund - called the owner and he yelled at me multiple times "no way!" over and over. '
