Guests have private access to the entire home and 2.5-acre property.

Only registered guests are permitted unless pre-approved.

Getting Around:

A car is required to explore the High Desert; the property is accessed via dirt roads that are typically navigable for most vehicles when driven carefully. Please note that you will need to travel on dirt roads for a portion of the drive to the home. After rains, there may be more ruts than usual on the dirt roads but you should not need a 4x4 vehicle to get to the home. Please reach out with any questions!



Other Things to Note:

– Pets: Dogs welcome ($100 fee, max 2). No other animals.

– Events & Shoots: Not permitted without written approval & permit.

– Cell Service: Varies by carrier; enable Wi-Fi calling or VOIP.

– Roads: Dirt roads with ruts after rain – drive slow.

– Professional Cleaning: Every Homestead Modern home is professionally cleaned between stays by experienced independent cleaning teams.
