'Welcome drink on arrival... Still waiting for it! Raised issues with staff that were handled professionally but could have easily been avoided. Buffet style breakfast with choice of additional cooked to order dishes and continental options 5*. The surroundings were breathtaking. Would recommend as peaceful retreat for all to stay and enjoy local area with much to see and do. 10/10 to cocktail maker Alex.'

'Booked this hotel very last minute, due to another Hotel/Hostel (RS Hotel Leeds) informing us our booking had been cancelled even though we had all confirmation details and was still active....all this when you're checking in at 4pm to head to a concert at Leeds for 7pm start. In panic on Sat afternoon needed a hotel in the centre and found Quebec on Expedia, just round the corner from where we were. Booked and walked to the hotel, even before they had confirmation of the booking. Staff...

'Prachtige locatie, mooi historisch pand met geweldige Engelse tuin en park. Met de bus op 7 min. van York, recht aan de bushalte. Al een tweede verblijf in dit hotel, en is allen maar verbeterd. Keuken ronduit fantastisch, prachtig dineren bij kaarslicht waar je volledig in de watten wordt gelegd. Wel iets van deftige kledij te voorzien. Gezellige bibliotheek voor een 'afternoon tea', voor je in de spa of de gym duikt. Massages ook goed in prijs/kwaliteit. De vriendelijkheid waarmee elke vraag...

'Prima hotel. Ruime, wel betaalde, parkeergelegeneid. Goede service. Wij waren met de motor en konden die laten staan tot de volgende middag. De jassen en helmen konden we achterlaten en deze werden elders bewaard. Goede loopafstand van het centrum. Ontbijt wel prijzig maar er zijn genoeg zaakjes in de buurt om ergens anders te ontbijten. De vaste regendouche in onze kamer was wel erg laag en niet te stellen. Maar verder zeker een aanrader'
