'Good communication. Friendly staff. Excellent room - very comfortable with excellent amenities. The bed was very very comfortable. The bathroom was fabulous with a great shower and toiletries available. Excellent location - central to the city centre.'

'A very nice little flat 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. Lovely thick carpets. The main bedroom is very nice indeed. Comfortable bed. Effective fan provided which was a godsend during hot weather. Kids bedroom was nice too and they loved the bunk bed set up, which was solid. There is outdoor space however it is shared and a small shadowy courtyard. Doesn't look used at all. The flat is a funny layout. 'Very helpful, we were going to be later than anticipated arriving, phoned to let them know, they reassured us it was no problem, everything was ready for our stay. Check-in at the bar was easy, staff showed us to our studio, staff very cheerful. Food in the pub was great, not just pub grub. Only downside, studio was small.'

'Abbi the host was always quick to respond to any messages. The apartment hàd everything you could need for your stay. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Great location for York, really easy on the park & ride. We would definitely return and recommend to anyone.'

Couldn't have asked for a better experience, lovely, comfortable little apartment, and the land lady was incredibly nice, polite and attentive. I would definitely stay there again without hesitation, and the location couldn't have been better. Highly recommended.'
