Hotel is clean, basic personal care supplies are plenty even if the hotel do not have what you need the nearby conbinis can fill the gap. Personnal locker is provided upon checking in, very convenient for day to day use without opening up your suitcase everytime you need something. 'As English only speakers we really enjoyed our time at BaliAn even though most of the staff spoke only a small amount of English. They really looked after us, and with the use of Google Translate we managed to get things sorted out very quickly. This is a really lovely hotel, quiet and great to get away from the busy hustle bustle of Tokyo.
