Private Loft Apartment with a deck and beautiful view!

Our "Loft" apartment is above our living space. There is an outside access of a deck with stairs. There are two bedrooms, and a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The deck is around 20 feet off of the ground, and has a beautiful view! We ask that you be responsible while on the deck. It is safe, and structurally sound, but we would hate to have any accidents while on site.

Guest access

You will have access to the whole upstairs Loft through your own private entrance. This apartment is above our living space, and naturally some sound does travel through but not much. We do our best to keep our noise levels down and ask that you do the same.

Other things to note

We recently purchased this property and are working on getting the landscaping done. There may be occasional equipment working in the yard, but ever during odd hours. The previous owner has a few months to move the rest of his trailers off of the property, so there are a few trailers parked on the top of the property. Our shop apartment is beautiful and we are ready to share it, even if the landscaping isn't quite where we would like it to be. Please bear with us!

******** as of 4/12 Starlink Wifi transfer wasn't successful from the last homeowner. We have applied for service and are on a waitlist. I will update here when wifi has been restored. 5G works great on our property, but unfortunately without wifi you won't be able to stream onto the tv. ********
