Just 3 minutes from Wake Forest University, this modern farmhouse-style 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is the perfect private getaway. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath, while two large bedrooms with queen beds share a bathroom. A game room with a futon offers extra space. The open living area features a living room, dining area, half bath, and fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the spacious outdoor area with a gas firepit for cozy nights under the stars. A comfortable and inviting retreat!

This spacious Farm Style home welcomes you with an open area that encompasses the living room and kitchen, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. This space also includes a half bath and a laundry room for your convenience. To the right, you'll find a large Master Suite with a private bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub.

Continuing straight ahead, there's a dedicated work area equipped with a desk and two chairs, complemented by high-speed internet—making it an ideal spot for remote work. Beyond that, you'll discover a game room outfitted with a TV and a classic Nintendo console boasting over 100 games, as well as a futon to accommodate extra guests. Adjacent to this space is a small hallway that leads to two additional mirror-image bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom that also includes a shower and a bathtub.

Located in a private, secluded area just minutes from restaurants and Wake Forest, this beautiful house offers both tranquility and convenience. Outside, you'll find a deck perfect for sitting, and an area adorned with hanging lights that features a fire pit—ideal for evening gatherings. This property provides privacy, comfort, and ample space near Wake Forest.

Our guests have full access to the entire property for their private enjoyment. This includes all indoor areas, such as the living room, kitchen, work area, game room, and bedrooms, as well as all bathrooms. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor space, which features a deck, an area with hanging lights, and a fire pit. The house is booked exclusively for our guests, ensuring a private and comfortable experience during their stay.

We highly value our guests' privacy. On the day of arrival, guests will receive an email at 8:00 AM with all the check-in information. There's no need to communicate with us unless desired, but we are local and available if any situation requires our presence or attention. Our goal is to offer a great , seamless experience for our guests.

What a beautiful home! Extremely clean and very private. The location was so serene. Surrounded by lovely trees and nature. The home is so spacious and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked and very clean. All the rooms were so clean and spacious. The home’s decor is up to date and it is very obvious Erin and Rafa have put their hearts into making this home comfortable. Their communication is top notch. We truly appreciate everything. Thank you again for making our vacation a very enjoyable and memorable one. We will for sure be back again.

I do not ask for much when staying somewhere but cleanliness is the most important. Not too impressed that I had to clean the home before even sitting down. There were food crumbs everywhere, dogfood left in front of the sink, black little dog hairs everywhere (floors, bed, and couch), a dirty wash rag left in the guest bathroom, and trash left in the trash can. Using a vacuum would have gotten most of the dog hairs up, but they were all over. We itched so much in the beds. I ended up taking a throw cover my daughter keeps in the car and throwing it in the couch and sleeping. But was disgusted by the tons of crumbs bunched up in the couch and the stains. We ended up staying only one night out of the two. At first thought this was an oversight by the cleaner but with so much that was dirty, this property is not maintained at all. Possibly someone lives there with a dog full time. Also the neighborhood is iffy. The security light kept going off, not sure what was going on there. The house behind the property looks abandoned, super creepy to my kids and me. The house would have been ok if things were clean. The house has new furnishings, all the appliances needed in a kitchen, cute outside patio area but it doesn’t make it ok. I contacted the owner the first night, got a reply to refund the cleaning fee (we have not seen that yet). The next day, I sent an email and have had no response from the owner. This was over 7 days ago, and still nothing!

Urban Delight

The house was exactly as described. It was VERY clean, large bedrooms and large bathrooms. The hosts were prompt and accommodating with their response to any communication. They made sure we were comfortable and were great to work with.Quiet neighborhood in a wooded area.The location was perfect as we were visiting family and they were 5 minutes away. Would highly recommend.
