'Stay was great'

'I was told 4 days before my trip that the hotel balcony would be inaccessible. Which left me no time to look for another hotel. The room safe malfunctioned, the fridge gave out on day 3, and the shampoo bottle fell off the shower wall twice in the 5 days were were there. They did give us a $50 room credit for the spoiled food in the fridge. We've stayed at this hotel in the past and it was much nicer. It has definitely gone down hill since.'

'Hotel wordt aangeprezen als 5 sterren. Naar mijn mening is het hotel amper 3 sterren waard. 4 liften beschikbaar voor alle kamers, waardoor de wachttijd zeer lang is, schimmel in de kamer op de plafonds, badkamer veel te klein, feest tijdens ons verblijf van de U.S. Navy, hierdoor veel overlast van dronken gasten die voor de uitgang alles onder spuugde en constant aan het roken waren op de balkons en aan het schreeuwen waren vanaf de balkons. Bij uitcheck wordt er door het personeel niet eens...

'Hilton Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa was the perfect medium. Waikiki beach was a short 5 min walk from the hotel with great eateries at every corner. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.'

'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '
