Just 10 minutes on back roads to Temecula's Wine Country & close to golf, shopping motorcycle tracks & Pechanga Casino. The home is nicely decorated and well stocked with everything you need. Located in a quiet neighborhood with over 2500 sq feet of living space. Perfect for wine tasting adventures, bridal parties, or whatever it is that brings you and your family into town. Feel free to bring your fur baby and enjoy your stay.

THE SPACE
Make yourself at home in our 4 bedroom getaway just 10 minutes to Wine Country. Room for the whole family with four bedrooms (one downstairs with full bath) which comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. There are smart TV's in the family room and all of the bedrooms. Nicely decorated and very comfortable with new paint and carpet. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need should you decide to cook a delicious meal. Out back there is a patio set, bbq grill, teatherball and fire pit. There are several games included in the closet and a mini pool table upstairs. There is a 3 car garage, part of which can be made available with advance notice as well as RV PARKING with 30 amp hookup. Super fast wifi too... enjoy your stay!

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire home and backyard. The garage is occasionally used to store some items but can be available if needed with advance noticed. RV PARKING available upon request with 30 amp hookup.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Need a vehicle during your stay? We offer an option to rent a Honda Odyssey Minivan with seating for 7. Airport pickup and dropoff are available for an additional fee comparable to rideshare prices. Or, have the vehicle ready at the home when you arrive. To inquire, message the host for details and pricing. Subject to availability as the vehicle is shared between 2 properties.

For those traveling with little ones, just let us know and we'd be happy to supply a pack n play, high chair, baby gate, and a stroller. An airbed can also be provided. Please give some notice as these items are shared over two different properties and we need to make sure they're available.

We do have a camera to monitor the front door for security purposes but none inside or out back. Need to check in early or late, just ask and we will do our best to accommodate. Note that all TV's have a Roku device for streaming but there is no cable box for local TV. You'll want to login to your favorite apps such as Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime, etc. The family room fireplace is decorative and usage is not included. There is a futon in the loft, but admittedly it's not too comfy. Ideal for kids or people who can sleep anywhere.

We have our RV stored to the side of the driveway. It does not block the garage access or parking. We don't use it often and will make sure to notify you if we need to pick it off or drop it off. We respect your privacy and will not come unannounced.

This is a quiet residential community. We invite you to enjoy yourself outdoors but ask that you be respectful to the neighbors be keeping the noise level to a minimum during sleeping hours. Guests are fine but please no parties.
