« personnel très accueillant restaurant de qualité chambre chaleureuse moderne et propre excellent rapport Q/P »

« Lighting in room terrible. No shoe horn. Electric sockets everywhere but no place to use hairstyler standing in front of a mirror with sufficient light. Kettle /tea tray inside of very dark armoire with no plug. Had to take the whole thing out to use. Hair dryer in dark armoire in dark bag; couldn’t find it the first day! Muzak in dining area way too loud and inappropriate. Only one hot beverage machine in dining area at breakfast time resulting in long lines. Breakfast options on the lower...

« Idéal. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits. Chambre propre avec le nécessaire. »

« Hotel is adequate, location is great. Staff mixed, First Lady on reception could not do enough to assist, the lady in the second day was not the same. The breakfast was poor, »

« Très bon séjours dans cet appartement, très bien placé dans la ville . La literie est excellente . Tout est bien organiser et agancé . Les propriétaires sont joingnables facilement . »

« The hotel was really cosy and the breakfast and dinner delicious. You can walk to Hampton Court in 30 minutes, along the River Thames and Bushey Park is just opposite with free roaming deer and ducks and swans. Kingston upon Thames has an abundance of shops and restaurants. It was a perfect spring break. »

« Great location, bus and tube right there for access to everything. Restaurants within 200m. »

« The hotel is looking a bit jaded and tired. Even the newer rooms. The new bar is very nicely decorated. However the hotel seems to have a lot of weddings and parties - there were 2 one evening and a wedding the next which makes for lots of people, loud music, a full car park, unhappy guests with young children who could not sleep. »
