« Luxury absolutely not, convenient yeah. Walking distance to just about anything you need but it was far from being a “luxury room” I have plenty of photos to prove that. No outlets in the bathroom, lots and lots of water damage through out the place. Window unit air conditioner, filthy walls, missing knobs on closet door (having a very sharp screw sticking out) 100% not worth the price. Couch had a broken leg and disgusting stains on it. The big bed had a bent leg, markings all over the walls,...

« The living room carpet needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. You could not walk on it barefoot. The sofa was sunk in on one end - you had to put a pillow under it to even sit comfortably. Also, the cot in the living room was shaky and sunken. All four of the kitchen chairs were shaky, one so much so that we had to remove it so no one would sit on it and have it break. The thermostat was set on 68, which was too cold for us. It was programmed, so we could not change the setting. I...

« We had a fantastic time. Everything was perfect. Gorgeous outdoor space for entertaining. So very peaceful. Would like to stay at their barn next time. »

« What a lovely place. The only possible improvement I could suggest is a waste bin in the bathroom. Super quiet, charming and comfy place. »

« If you want cheap this is the place. I definitely didn’t hate it but the bed was definitely not comfortable. It wasn’t what I was looking for but did the job. There was pretty much nothing to do in the immediate area. »

« Free parking is a real win here compared to past stays elsewhere. Plus, good shower pressure makes mornings better! »

« The room was clean and looked just like the listing photos. Really great option and well priced. »

« The room was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed. We enjoyed the stay. Had a little trouble finding the right room but that was my fault. Everything was close to where we wanted to eat and watch our concert. »

« Horrible!!!Unclean and not even the same room as listed. The shower was disgusting and the water took an hour to heat up. Everything looks okay upon first glance but if you look closer it’s disgusting! Stains and hair from previous guests. The walls in the bathroom are separating. The host has not been helpful upon our complaint! Don’t waste your money »

« Great place to stay! Amazing location! Beautiful house! »

« Very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay there again. »

« Great stay. Host was quick to respond to all questions. Every detail was thought through. Highly recommend staying here! »

« Small ranch home divided in half with 2 apartments. The area was an older neighborhood with run down homes but had some nice homes. My biggest issue was the bedroom, there was a bed and 2 small wire racks. I had to continue move my suitcase from floor to bed and back. No place to sit you suitcase on, no coat hangers And the bed is very high which I had difficulty getting in. Was just ok for the money , won’t return due just a number of things that made our stay uncomfortable »

« This is our second stay in this house, but first time in this apartment. The property is charming, comfortable, and quiet. 10/10 »

« Overall, we would probably stay here again because my son goes to the university there and the location is great. There were a lot of spiders so we had to go around with a broom and get rid of a lot of of them. There is also a very musty smell, which would’ve been fixed had they had some kind of plug-in air freshener. The bed is very squeaky every time you move. It makes a lot of noise. The whole place that was very clean. There are not a lot of amenities like hair dryers or washcloths. We...

« House was very nice but the steps were steeper than we expected. Fitting for the period of the house though. Would definitely stay there again. Perfect location and great pricing. »

« Paper thin ceilings and walls. Could hear the neighbors all day and night. Made it hard to sleep. There are lots of cats surrounding the building and on top of any car that parks on the back row. Some man was out sprinkling food along the grass area. Would not stay here again. »
