Great little apartment with very easy access to WEC and several options for dining within walking distance. Will for sure stay again when we return next season for WEC.

We had a great stay! The apartment was just like the pictures and the beds were super comfortable. Loved that it had both a Keurig and a Nespresso machine for morning coffee. The area was great too—safe, quiet, and walking distance to a nice bar and restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot, clean symbol. Very convenient to WEC. All beds are in one room so just need to take that into consideration and plan accordingly.

Wilmington

The property was in a great location and host was very responsive. I could have used some directions on how to lock and unlock doors prior to arrival but host was helpful when I asked for directions. The baseboard heat was on in the kitchen, making it hard to sit in one seat of the table. The window ac unit right near it was helpful to keep the place cool.

Luxury absolutely not, convenient yeah. Walking distance to just about anything you need but it was far from being a “luxury room” I have plenty of photos to prove that. No outlets in the bathroom, lots and lots of water damage through out the place. Window unit air conditioner, filthy walls, missing knobs on closet door (having a very sharp screw sticking out) 100% not worth the price. Couch had a broken leg and disgusting stains on it. The big bed had a bent leg, markings all over the walls, door frames separated from the walls and fireplace area. The Beds were comfortable thankfully. The bathroom has a foot and a half step up to get into it, and the shower was extremely tiny! The stairway area had a horrible musty smell with a lot of trash and random stuff just laying around. Appliances all worked thankfully. Definitely will not ever be rebooking here. I don’t ever write reviews on these things but this one definitely needed it. Very very limited street parking across the street.
