'The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything that we needed. It's close to the City and attractions, which was nice. There were a few issues with creature comforts. The mattress wasn't comfortable at all. The couch was just as bad. We would get up in the morning with a sore back, and then have to sit on an uncomfortable couch. I have issues with my back, but my husband can sleep almost anywhere, and his back also hurt. Truly, those were the two main issues we had at this property. If they...

'I thought there was too much communication. Overall it was great! The room was comfortable, it was perfect for the two of us. Very clean, nice furniture.'

'Communication was good until I checked in. 15 minutes after I entered the condo another woman open the door and said she had rented it for the exact same time. I told her I was already unpacked. I communicated to the management team that there were no no pans, cutting board or knives in the condo to cook with. They did not call me or communicate. I took a ton of food to cook for three days and had absolutely nothing to cook.. This was not a camping trip I should not have had to bring supplies...
