    Geniet van adembenemende zonsondergangen op het 600 ft lange zandstrand van East Grand Traverse Bay met een natuurlijke bosrijke omgeving. Volledig gerenoveerd, onze 1 slaapkamer appartement aan de oevers is ruim en eigentijds. Groot dek met infrarood BBQ, tiki bar om van het uitzicht te genieten. Twee flatscreen-tv's (inclusief kabel) in slaapkamers en gezinsruimtes. Vol bad met ijdelheid gebied. Keuken met magnetron, koelkast, vaatwasser en fornuis. Geïntegreerde wasmachine en droger. Uitzicht op Grand Traverse Bay in een omgeving van torenhoge dennen, een stromende beek en een prachtig zandstrand. Onze begane grond appartement is gelegen op East Grand Traverse Bay op het kruispunt van US31 en M72. Op weekends in de zomer is er livemuziek en vuurplaats met smores voor een geweldige familie of romantische ervaring.

    Kort verblijf, wekelijks en maandelijks zijn beschikbaar. Horse Shows on the Bay ligt op minder dan 5 minuten van deze locatie. Elk Rapids ligt slechts 10 minuten ten noorden van hier. Traverse City ligt op 11 km afstand.

    Je kunt deze locatie niet overtreffen voor gemakkelijke toegang tot alle leuke activiteiten die dit geweldige gebied te bieden heeft. Festivals in overvloed in dit gebied. Geweldig winkelen in dorpen en steden aan het water.

The toilet is too short, the bed is too low to the ground, the couch you sink in2 and had backache thru out our trip ... No communication after cancelation date arrived til day b4 we got there ... pool area very nice n the beach is pretty good !

Great location, very short walk to the beach, a few minutes drive to TC and Mission Point peninsula.

Comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood, great home base for our trip.

Wonderful Escape

We stayed for a birthday getaway weekend and everything was wonderful! Nice bay view from the deck (perfect place to relax with a cocktail or enjoy a meal) and a short walk to the waters edge. Comfortable bed, clean unit with great amenities. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fabulous

Fantastic, Modern and Clean Condo in a wonderful, quiet area! Highly appreciated that the condo had all the amenities needed to make our stay so pleasurable! The washer/dryer is a huge bonus! Super Host True North was available and checked in on us frequently! Will stay again!

Great Condo and location

We spent 23 days here and had a wonderful time. Great sunsets and trail walking around Boardman Lake plus supper dinners at the Boathouse and Apache Trout Grill. Will coms back in the fall for color.

Walked in to a condo that wasn’t ready (after the check in time) contacted host. No response. Cleaner came and made the beds but left things hanging that were drying. Tv in the bedroom didn’t work. Didn't even bother contacting bc after the first time with no response. Paid way too much to not have communication, a sorry or even a response or a condo that wasn’t ready.

Loved staying here!

This apartment was adorable and in such a great location! Bed was super comfortable, shower was nice, and the views were great. I was here for the horseshow and it took only 5-10mins to get there each day. Also, the rental agency that runs these properties is super communicative and easy to reach. Would recommend!

Perfect get away

This condo was perfect for a long weekend with the ladies at the lake. The condo is clean, comfortable, and has lots of extras! Beautiful view of the woods and lake, a quick walk across the bridge and you are lakefront in a comfy lounger. Close to Traverse City for food and fun, but there are several places close by that had good food. We look forward to returning to this condo on our next trip north.

Weekend Stay

Stylish unit in a quiet community. We enjoyed walks on the beach and dining on the terrace. Only a small glitch that lights didn't work in kitchen but it didn't effect our stay. Really appreciated the recent renovations.

Fall color trip

Location of condo was good, but condo needed to be painted. The height of bed and toilet were unacceptable, and sofa was very worn. The interior doors did not shut well either. Would not recommend condo.

Excellent location for a vacation

The place is a part of the Great Bear resort which is literally a 2min stroll to the sea shore. The place also had boat and kayak rentals which made the vacation more fun. The place was well maintained and the host was quick to respond to all our questions. I would go back for a second time for sure!!

All good!

Overall the place was good. Just a note that the bed sits almost on the floor and not good for the more aged folks to get up and out of it. Also, the management locks the thermostat so you are not able to adjust it yourself...not a good thing.

The exterior of this property had not been cared for. The pavement was filthy, the lounge chairs old, filthy and falling apart, the pool closed and the fire pit not open. The place felt like it hadn't been cared for properly in 20 years. The exterior of the building was covered in dirt and cobwebs. The inside of our unit needed cared for as well - broken doorknobs, wallpaper with water marks and buckling from wall, etc. Glad it was just my husband and I so kids were not disappointed. Glad we only had to sleep here. Would not come back. It's a shame because we used to stay in these condos years ago when our kids were little and they were awesome. Just entire Grand Traverse Resort property has not been cared for.

Great location and view. Really enjoyed our stay. One hand towel for 3 people was challenging and there was a strict towel policy that we didn't quite understand. Could have used more dish towels and wash cloths too. Bought more towels at local Meijer just up the road. Stove top did not work well. Light coming in above the front door into eyes of person sleeping on the couch was a problem. Some curtains on that window would have helped. All other units had blinds on their window above the entry door. Overall very pleased and great place to stay.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our short stay. It’s such a cute little apartment. The views are amazing. Spent some time watching sunsets on the beach. Which is in walking distance. The kitchen is small but we didn’t find that to be a problem. Because of the prime location we had plenty of restaurants to order take out from. We loved eating dinner on the patio. It’s a great spot for a weekend of R&R.
