« The front desk team was amazing, it’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s a very solid boutique hotel in an amazing location if you’re exploring this very beautiful part of Mendoza. It wasn’t hot when we were there so we didn’t get a chance to go in the pool, but the grounds are very nice and the restaurant had very delicious food. The whole place has a woody feel to it, they really accommodated us, with amazing hospitality. We stayed facing the back so it was very quiet as well. »

« In the service industry things can you wrong but it’s how you recover and make the customer 100% satisfied. The weather was very bad when we checked into Cielo. We were warmly greeted with hot coffee and tea before our room was ready. There were a couple of issues with our room as a result of the weather. Nobody’s fault. Hotel Cielo and management addressed the issue immediately and provided us options. The views from their loft are spectacular and I’m sure ona clear day, the views of the Andes...

« This was an amazing place, we stayed in a very small house on a lake in the middle of a vineyard. The restaurant was serviceable, the breakfast was great and they were very hospitable.. You can’tbeat the view of the mountains over the grape vines and the pond, and the pool was set in a wonderful location.
