This property is located in a blue collar, multicultural neighborhood close to Wichita State. There is a lot of student housing and a park where many intramural are played caddy-corner from the house.

Easily walk to WSU or Fairmount Coffee Shop.

Guests have full access to the property. There is a locked detached garage that is used for storage.


**Early Check-In**

Early check-in cannot be guaranteed in advance, as it depends on the cleaning and preparation schedule following the previous guest. If you request an early check-in, we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible if the home becomes available ahead of the scheduled check-in time.

Please note that the door code will not be active before the scheduled check-in time, and access to the home is not available until the property is ready and the code has been activated.

The Shocker Shack is a fully remodeled 2 bedroom, one bath home located on a spacious corner lot. It boasts a cozy living room, remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and gorgeous backsplash as well as a coffee bar. The 2 bedrooms have a comfy king size beds and the remodeled bathroom has a tub, shower combo.

The house is located with relatively easy access to 17th street and Hillside. There are several fast food restaurants close by as well as Wichita State University.

This property is located in a blue collar, multicultural neighborhood close to Wichita State. Many of the houses have been fixed up over the years, but there are many that need work. There is a lot of student housing and a park where many intramural are played caddy-corner from the house.

We do keep the house well-lit at night with both in front and around the back perimeter of the fence.

This property is NON SMOKING inside the property. This does include but is not limited to tobacco, cannabis and vaping. We do ask if you smoke outside to please leave all doors and windows shut and please do not throw ashes in the interior trash cans.

We do not allow Parties. We do monitor our Ring Doorbell. We will alert authorities and ask that you be removed from the property if there are any signs of a party.
