After telling him I wouldn't cancel, b/c there was no reason for ME to cancel he stated he could give me a partial refund through venmo and I would have to wait 3-5 days for VRBO to refund me the rest. Seemed very scammy. Got ahold of VRBO in the morning and they were able to see all our communications and they refunded me the booking since it was the HOSTS...

'As a former hotel manager this was on of the most pleasant stays I have ever had. My host Jeramiah was very helpful every step of the way. This was my first experience with an Air B&B he was extremely helpful every step. My husband & I will absolutely be using this Air B&B for future stays: Locate in a very nice area of Wichita.'

'This is a great place to stay: comfy beds, good shower, convenient location, nice design, and all the basics stocked. My only warning is that the creaky stairs are no joke! They caused problems with our napping baby/toddler and at night throughout our stay. '

'The location was perfect for us. My husband had surgery at Wesley and we wanted to bring our dog with us. It was easy for me to get to and from the hospital in about 10 minutes. The house was very comfortable and provided all the necessities we needed. Would highly recommend the house. Communication with the host was very easy. When I thought I needed to extend out check out they were great to accommodate.'
