« The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. There is no property parking but street parking was easy to find. Local establishments (restaurants, bars, etc.) are only a few blocks away. There is NO Air conditioning, There is NO coffee, Towels are Small and trashy, There are no Waste baskets or garbage cans in the room And the cost would suggest that these items exist....most people renting a room in this price range expect these basic things. It should be advertised that they aren't included because once you have rented the room and find out these things aren't in existence, you feel that you have been ripped off. »
