'My new absolute favorite place to stay! The XStay location we stayed at looked like it was very recently built and brand new. It’s more like luxury apartment extended stay for corporate workers than a hotel. There was no check in desk and check in related signage was not complete, but we finally figured out that the Fairfield Inn Suites about 60 yards away would handle it. A simple sign would have saved us the xtra 30 minutes of stress. The room had a cali king bed with king pillows, kohler...

'No real breakfast '

'When we first walked into the hotel it smelt like fresh cookies, and the receptionist was very polite, helpful with directions and officiant. The pool is amazing and refreshing. The room suite is very spacious, cute decor and the bathroom is aesthetically pleasing. Parking is a give or take depending on the time of day. As an out of stater I enjoyed my stay.'

'This unique historic property was a delight to visit. Justin our host was incredibly passionate about the history of the house and the area. He was also very welcoming and cooked an incredible breakfast. If you are interested in Massachusetts and/or early American history and want a stay with a difference I would thoroughly recommend Josiah Keith House.'

'Very clean room staff nice the breakfast was good nice place to stay I recommend it'

'It looks nothing like the pictures. We had three rooms, one had a dead roach on the nightstand, another room had food and pills behind the nightstand, walls filthy, another room looked like only the beds were made. Our hallway had a leak so there were trashcans in the hall. Dirty property and smelt terrible. Front desk staff were nice though'

'I’ve always loved the residence inn, this one was my favorite location so far! The lobby when we walked in was so nice and clean, very helpful staff. Our room was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was amazing! We got the studio room, it was very spacious and clean, my 1 year was able to roam free with 0 worries of her getting into something or getting hurt. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!!'

'Someone spit on the floor of the elevator. I talking about a huge wad of spit.I told Housekeeping, but they did nothing. I told the man at check-in, again nothing done. When I left this morning, I could see the dried spittle on the floor. Someone knocked on my door at 11:30. The person said they forgot something in my room. The person asked to come in to look.
