'The room was cosy, nicely decorated, a good size, and with a large and comfortable bed; it would have cost two or three times as much in a hotel - and that's without the generous and tasty cooked breakfast (there are other options on the menu) which - like the excellent WiFi - is included. The shower was a good size, but (and this is my only reservation, which I'm sure will be addressed) had poor water pressure. Parking space is for 2, maybe 3 cars (depending how the others park!), but free...

'Nette en schone kamer. Matras ligt goed. Kamer is erg gehorig. Is een oud gebouw dus alles kraakt, je hoort andere mensen de trap op en af lopen. Hotel ligging is prima, aan de overkant van de weg is het strand. Winkeltjes en restaurants allen op loopafstand. Wifi is prima. Voor het parkeren krijg je bij het inchecken een vergunning, zodat je in de straat gratis kan parkeren. Prima hotel om in te verblijven.'

'The guest house was well-located and very clean. We had Room 5 which was on the second floor with a sea view - the only downside was that it was quite noisy until late at night with traffic/music. We'd probably opt for a rear-facing room next time, which over-looked the harbour. The room had everything we needed, although a fan would have been useful as it was very hot when we stayed. Breakfast was good quality and tasty, but the only option seemed to be a cooked breakfast - no cereals, fruit...

Absolutely no way, this is a no no, the credit card company will never approve that! had to leave a cash guarantee Other than that; parking, reception layout is chaotic, expensive . Itis a Fun, characterful and well located hotel. No air conditioning!'

Black bits on the bed . milk splashes on the wall socket and on the little drew the tea was in . VERY hot in the room and hotel . Lovely coffee from the coffee shop . Bath room lovely and clean nice soap and shower gel . Plenty of towels . Lovely helpful staff . Breakfast was ok . Lift dirty . no beach view we had a brick wall for a view . Hotel setting was beautiful...
