'Lovely stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Not mentioning names for privacy, a young man on duty on morning service on 12/13 Sep 2026 needs a special mention. So helpful and took personal interest everything during the stay was ok. Property is well furnished and feels homely. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Food is of a very good quality and reasonably priced, especially the breakfast. The area is well served for restaurants and walking tours by the coast. We really enjoyed...

'Nikki, Sophie and Anya were what made this stay. They were so friendly and so helpful! Nikki really went above and beyond for us, accommodating everything we needed. They were all very kind and patient with my young daughter. The room was exactly what we wanted and as advertised. The food and drink selection was fab too and reasonably priced! Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area.'

'3 Horse shoes was great, for some reason our bedroom got mixed up, was supposed to have a family room but got a double. Staff sorted the issue, i dont know but apparenty is was an Expedia mix up. Issue was sorted by the morning even though we arrived late, cool pub with a kids soft play and decent playground. Foods nice, staff great.....'

'Klein gezellig hotel, retro/tweedehands typisch Engelse inrichting, alle modern confort, moderne badkamer met ligbad, zeer proper, oprecht zeer vriendelijk personeel, zeer lekkere Engelse keuken, koffie, chocoladedrank, thee steeds voorhanden in de kamer en elke dag aangevuld, aan de rand van de stad in een landelijke omgeving, een aanrader!'

'een zeer welkome en efficiente ontvangst. zeer klantvriendelijk personeel. de kamer was tot in de puntjes verzorgd en zeeer schoon. in de pub een uitstekende maaltijd genoten. 's morgens kon ik eerder ontbijten om op tijd op de luchthaven te kunnen zijn. kortom een uitstekend hotel en zeker een adres om terug te keren!!'

'Room was clean and modern and good size for one person……wonderful location close to Cardiff castle and city centre….. beautiful big park close by…..excellent location with the National Express depot 5 minutes away for transfers to London airports or Swansea…. Pub itself and surround on the premises were run down and dated….. needed some money spent to tidy it up….'
