'Would not recommend the property do to one factor, while waiting to leave for a softball tournament I grabbed a drink and went to pay for it, the man at the counter asked if I wanted to charge it to my room or use a card, I replied cash and he took my 3 dollars. The next day while checking out I was buying some Tylenol and I was asked the same question and I replied cash I was informed that the property was cashless. So where did the money go?'

'Good staff. Facilities were clean and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was the elevator was broken down on a three day holiday weekend. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes those things happen. Staff did their best to help minimize any disruption.'

'Overall this was fine. The room was clean. The staff was courteous. Our room was missing soap - liquid and bar - in the bath and kitchen. We obviously could have called the desk, but made do with a bar we had in our bag. The breakfast options weren’t as good as other stays we’ve had with homewood, but we managed to feed our family of six. Entry to the hotel parking lot is an issue. 'The bed was very firm to sleep on and the pillows provided little support. The toilet in the bathroom would also barely flush. The ice machine was on the bottom floor which made it difficult to get ice. The TV cable did not work as well.'

'The property was not what I have come to know as the Hampton Inn chain. Typically a Hampton meets above average requirements but unfortunately this one was sub par. They put us in the wrong type of rooms even though we had reserved a specific configuration. The customer support was not supportive at all. When I travel in the future I will not be staying at a Hampton Inn. Sadly, a former Hampton Inn guest.'

'Everything was horrible about this place. Active mold in the bathrooms terrible smell all around. Bad customer service. Elevators wernt working properly. Non working refrigerators. Splattered unknown liquids on the walls. As soon as we noticed the poor cleaning and active mold in rooms, we got a hold of staff and requested a full refund and ended up booked a different hotel reservation elsewhere. If I can give zero stars I would. We were traveling with small kids so all this was so inconvenient....
