'Check into the property late no heat in our room and the shower curtain rod was broken.'

'Our first time staying and was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was top notch. We had a ground floor room with a door right to our car parked outside. Will definitely be returning.'

'the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were nice and large with nice beds. staff was disinterested, breakfast for $18 was nothing and was cold, no yogurt or fruit. 3 days in a hotel and no care in the room, trash can not emptied, bed not made and no towel change. '
