'The beds were nice. Free coffee and tea all day. The people were nice. It's a good quiet place. We didn't use the breakfast or the pool. Both are not in the complex, but in another building. For the swimming you need to pay extra. The rooms smelled a little musty. The shower had no hot water for a longer time, the second person was often cold.'

'The closest parking is like 4 blocks away/5 min walk but it’s easy to get around and very safe. Outside of that, the staff was amazing and allowed us to drop off our bags super early so we could enjoy the city before checking in, once we checked in our bags were waiting for us in our room. Incredible service!! The location was perfect but the staff made it incredible. The best thing was the amazing and professional staff that tended to all of our needs. '

'Brieuc and Kitara were amazing hosts and were attentive to all our needs. The property was extremely clean and the views were stunning and peaceful. I especially appreciate that there was an espresso machine, coffee maker, and even fresh coffee left for us. Very well organized transport to the hiking point; Nicholas, our tuk tuk driver, was very communicative and helpful. He is a scammer, asked us to pay him cash because according to him he had not received payment from Vrbo/HomeAway and our pending charge on our credit card would be removed. He charms you with good customer service and seems trust worthy but DO NOT GIVE HIM CASH! We've been trying to get a refund for almost a year now and Vrbo hasn't done anything about it either!
