'Staff were wonderful! Loved looking out my 4th floor window that faced the side/back of the property. The animals and scenery were beautiful. Wish they would at least wipe down the outside tables in the morning. So many of us wanted to enjoy breakfast out there. I asked for a towel with no problem and was happy to do it myself. The town closes up by 9pm, thank goodness for Taco Bell!'

On this stay the hot tub and pool heater were broken and we were so looking forward to using them on this most recent trip. Breakfast bar is outstanding and well maintained. 'It was a beautiful farm off grid. Overall Daniel was great communicating the expectations and check in. The house was rustic and charming; but could use a deep cleaning.and ventilation. We went end of June and the house was very hot by the end of the day. So it was dusty and stuffy. The tiny desk fans were not enough to cool us down. But then again this a farm and creature comforts are not the highlight. All that said the picturesque window , swallows, lightning bugs and sheep were beautiful...

'We enjoyed another great stay at the Verdie May house. The cottage has become an anticipated annual home away from home for us as we stay here each summer on an annual trip to Lewisburg. The house is perfect for us. The porch cannot be beat! We enjoy walking all over downtown, taking strolls through the neighborhood, going to the fair and so forth. Elinor is wonderful and we cannot wait to come back next year.'

'We stayed at this property for 3 nights in early September. It is awesome. It has "it" when you arrive. It feels so much like a home and super comfy. It was so nice to have super nice and soft towels, comfy beds with soft and comfy sheets. not like the scratcy towels and sheets some places have. It wasn't "cheap" Had soap and dishwasher deteregent. Everything you need for a few days and super comfy furniture, beds etc. I woudl definitly go back an hope to sometime soon. We had a minor issue...
