'The place itself was okay, but it was hard to find at first, the parking situation was horrible, and some of the other tenants behaved oddly, which made us uncomfortable and took away from the overall experience.'

'You get what you pay. The host was very responsive during our stay but not great before arrival. The bedsheets are of satin/silk material and were very uncomfortable for those who are sensitive to the texture. The host was not responsive to our request for other alternatives. We also didn't have any shampoo or conditioner upon arrival but the host was responsive and had them brought to our door promptly. The place was very clean but we had issues with some of the outlets not working, no pots and...

'It was decent for what we needed. Owner sends a lot of automated messages. Place was maintained, parking free, but is difficult to find.'

'We had a wonderful, 1 night stay at the Zen City Escape. It was exactly as described, clean, pet friendly with easy street parking. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with. The property had lovely amenities and is located in a charming, quiet neighborhood. Recommendations for places to eat, coffee and bakeries were shared and were fun to try. I would definitely stay here again.'

'This is not a good property. No hot water in the shower, the people above us were so loud 24/7 (the owner didn’t respond to my emails), we couldn’t sleep at night, missing fire alarms with wires dangling from the ceiling. The property was dirty when we arrived, with a broken mirror by the garbage can, and the blankets were dirty.. nothing was enjoyable, I asked for some of our money back. '

'Not a bad thing to say about this experience. Host was extremely responsive and helpful, looked exactly like the pictures, had everything we needed, location was perfect and the included parking was such a perk! Highly recommend staying here. I hope to be back! '
