They have the cutest little dog that greets you when checking in, and the process is so smooth and seamless. The rooms were clean, and as someone who had to stay for a night, I felt extremely safe and well taken care of. '

'I stayed in a pet room, so maybe that contributed to the quality. Those are on the ground floor only. A little scary with the amount of transient people around. They did have security though. The room overall smelt bad, the furniture was damaged, wheels missing from office chair, and only one side table had outlets. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the property was quiet at night.'

'Rhonda is a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. Rooms are charming and thoughtful decorated in a home with a long history. Plenty of street parking near house. We spent the evening on J Street and found a wonderful coffee house nearby the next morning. Great location on the edge of downtown Sacramento and a wonderful experience.'

'The guy at the reception was generally helpful. It was easy to check in and check out. However, the room was not as I expected. There was not enough lighting, and the sockets on one of the walls were not working; because of that, the TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, and one of the lights were not working. The bedsheet had very light stains. Also, there were empty little zip bags in several places in the room. In the room and the bathroom, there were little coins, and this made me think that the...

'Several issues with room. No hang up rod for clothes, old washcloths and towels, stained sink, some outlets didn't work, I couldn't get wifi on my laptop, walls think so heard neighbor steps and loud shower noise late at night. Basic amenities there. No breakfast, no tissues, no hair dryer but borrowed iron. Homeless nearby but wasn't bothered by them. '
