'Airco didn’t work - reception told me somebody would be with me in 5 minutes - took more than one hour, after a few calls to reception to remind. Engineer told me he had repaired - just not true. Called again - hotel refused further work. As a frequent traveller, this is very much unlike the standard Mercure experience.'

'Nice and spacious room above a stylish, renovated pub. Friendly staff and buses, bicycles and underground nearby. The spanish style menu in the pub is bit overpriced compared to the many options around. The pub closes before midnight so no worries about noise in the night, it’s very quiet.'
