Blokhutten in West Knoxville

'We were very happy to find a place for our 5yr anniversary. However, the deck where hot tub and air hockey seems very unstable. The boards between hot tub and wall are rotten, one board behind the chairs snapped when walking towards the hot tub. So we didn't really enjoy the hot tub except 1 day. It was leaning towards the wall as well Deck just felt very unsafe.Would have loved to have a small firepit to sit outside at.Best thing is it was close to pigeon forge and gatlinburg Just seems pricey...

'The outside grill did not work, the pool passes were missing. Needs to be more accessible for those with physical limitations.'

'We had a wonderful time in the pigeon forge area. The cabin was cozy and clean. It is in a quiet place and that was great. Our great granddaughters loved the hot tube. We would stay again.'

'Stayed 4 nights at this cabin with my family of four. We had a great time! Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook a meal, and beds were comfortable for a restful sleep. We used the hot tub every night, and that was a nice perk at the end of the day. We appreciated having a washer and dryer available for our use, too. Would definitely stay here again!'

'We loved staying at this cabin. It was far enough away from Townsend to be very private, but close enough to easily find all of the businesses and restaurants for our entertainment. It was also a great destination to visit the Eastern section of the Smokey Mountains including Cades Cove and other nature hikes and walks to get close to the natural wonders of the park. The fully stocked kitchen was greatly appreciated, along with the roomy bathroom situation. And we had plenty of room to spread...

'Never have had to leave a bad review before, so I’m just going to be honest. When we first arrived the air conditioning was not working and it was 88 inside. My husband did a whole list of things to fix it and finally got it to work but it took 4 hours to cool down inside.. when I messaged Justin he told me I “needed to turn it on cool and put it below the current temperature” like that wasn’t the first thing we did?? lol honestly just comical but zero help. Thankful my husband is a handy man...
