« Never have had to leave a bad review before, so I’m just going to be honest. When we first arrived the air conditioning was not working and it was 88 inside. My husband did a whole list of things to fix it and finally got it to work but it took 4 hours to cool down inside.. when I messaged Justin he told me I “needed to turn it on cool and put it below the current temperature” like that wasn’t the first thing we did?? lol honestly just comical but zero help. Thankful my husband is a handy man...

« We loved staying at this cabin. It was far enough away from Townsend to be very private, but close enough to easily find all of the businesses and restaurants for our entertainment. It was also a great destination to visit the Eastern section of the Smokey Mountains including Cades Cove and other nature hikes and walks to get close to the natural wonders of the park. The fully stocked kitchen was greatly appreciated, along with the roomy bathroom situation. And we had plenty of room to spread...

« Our stay was wonderful!! The kitchen had a big enough table to sit up to 10-12 guests! It had 4 nice size twin beds upstairs, queen sofa bed and two bedrooms downstairs with two full size bathrooms! The cabin was really nice inside. It also had a nice open floor plan, and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi! The only thing we didn’t like was the WiFi connection was really bad and we couldn’t watch tv our entire stay! Would we book here again, absolutely »

« We enjoyed our stay, the Lakeview was really nice and the wooded scenery was very relaxing. The only recommendation we have is a better couch. Its extremely uncomfortable. Keith was super friendly ans responsive and everything was as advertised and expected. »
