'Apartment was easy to find, liked the lock system on doors. Loved the designated parking area. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Extra towels and toilet paper was greatly appreciated. We were able to relax and watch tv. If you’re not into noisy areas, this is not the place for you. But if it doesn’t bother you then this is a gem. We were above an apartment and could hear everything but that didn’t bother us. Would stay here again.'

'This listing has a claim of sleeping 4. It does not. There is one queen bed and one air mattress. The only space to put the air mattress down is the middle of the living room if you rearrange. If you're looking for cute and clean it may be a bit lacking as the wall in the bathroom is patched from some recent debacle but not sanded or painted and the building on a whole is kept up, but not super clean. It seems a bunch of young adults may occupy the surrounding apartments coming and going at...

'The host responded quickly to my requests. Apartment was clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking, utensils, spices, etc. He registered my car so I coiud park on the street without any problem. Close to the Blue Line stop to take the "L" into downtown Chicago.'

First, there is only one key fob provided to enter the build, elevator, and apartment. This makes it difficult for a group who wants to divide up to come and go. If your party wants to do different things, you will have to plan around the single fob. Second, the smoke detector in the adjacent unit chirped every 60 seconds the duration of our stay.
