« 2 au 9 décembre 2018 Déjeuner très incomplet et de qualité médiocre. Pas de salle de lavage, une seule laveuse et sécheuse dans le corridor à l'extérieur. Corridors et escaliers TRÈS sales, pas nettoyés durant toute une semaine. Insonorisation de la porte de la chambre inexistante. »

« Staff were friendly, but never got the extra pillow I asked for twice. Last evening there, someone above us with a kid continually running and making loud noises that went on for 1.5 hours, with contacting front desk twice by call and twice in person and being asked if we wanted to move…NO move them as we’re not the problem! Pillows awful, bed hard, shower broke, Netflix would not connect, grill and seating area lack cleanliness and the appeal it shows online, breakfast was decent. Website...

« The location to the Kimball Museum in the Fort Worth Cultural Arts District was ideal. The staff were friendly and beyond accommodating. The decor was on point and the art collection unrivaled . Snaps to Marianna our Art Concierge for the comprehensive and enjoyable Art tour of the Hotels Collection. The food scene at Emilies and surrounding restaurants was not to be missed. This will be my go-to destination stay for all things Fort Wort and surrounding areas. »

« L'hôtel est simple et propre. Mais comme dans tout motel, il faudra y faire des rénovations. Nous y étions venus il y a 2 ans. Nous avons remarqué que le petit déjeuner était beaucoup moins copieux et avec moins de choix que lors de notre précédent voyage. »

« La literie est moyenne, les réceptionnistes nous ont dit que le petit déjeuner était servi le dimanche jusqu’à 9h39 à deux reprises , arrivés dans la salle le manager nous annonce 9 h donc pas de petit déjeuner pour nous !!! Pas terrible le service ce qui est rare aux EU. Barbecues sales , fumeurs de weed nombreux dans l hôtel d où l odeur présente dans l hotel »
