« We had a short stay for just a couple of days for an a capella competition in Fayetteville and the house was beautiful! Everything was spotless and the house was a lot bigger than expected and a lot nicer than the photos. The management was excellent with very quick responses to all the questions we had about the property. The only downside for us was that it was fairly far to downtown Fayetteville but it is the perfect secluded lake getaway! »

« This was a good stay, there was some debris along the shore line that made it hard to launch our kayak’s and was a little hard to swim from the rocks. The house was beautiful and clean. Overall it was a good stay. »

« We only stayed at this house for the 1st night (less than 12 hours) of our 4-night reservation, due to the condition. The property was dated and dirty. Dirt/dust on baseboards & air vents, bugs on floor, carpets not clean, most blinds were missing fins or pieces, trim paint peeling, house had a funky smell, beds did not have mattress covers, unkempt yard. Neighbor dog barked all night long, our entire family slept poorly and decided there was nothing the host could do in the short term to make...

« We came up for a midweek Arkansas Razorback baseball game and needed a place that could accommodate our needs. The Groves Cottage just did that. A beautiful home in the historic district of Springdale that was both comfortable and very well maintained. Will definitely stay here again. »
