The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a home cooked meal, or hop on your bike and take the trail to the food truck pavilion at Lake Fayetteville. The house was great! There was plenty of coffee, towels, products, etc. It was well stocked! The bed was also extremely comfortable. We didn't use the room off the garage because I didn't quite realize you had to walk through the garage to enter that room, but that's on me. I could have asked. It could have been a little cleaner, and did smell like a pet lived there, but overall it was a great experience and price!

We arrived a bit early and needed to stay a little later than our check out time and Caitlin was very accommodating. We were in town for a Sunday afternoon wedding, so we appreciated being able to be in the house a little longer. If we come back as a family, we will look at staying here again.

The home I rented was very nice and comfortable. There was some minor issues that I addressed with the property owner and she was very responsive and addressed the issue very satisfactorily. She was an excellent hostess and very attentive to our concerns. I world highly recommend this rental to anyone needing a place to stay in the Springdale, Ar area.

The condition of the property is outstanding. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The back patio is really nice. We did use the BBQ Pit a few times during the stay. It really just felt like a home away from home. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely be booking this property again.
