'The front desk person Unkitt was brilliant in assistance, We used the room as a bed for the night - everything in Auckland is expensive - but the price for three nights was reasonable. Parking is obviously still under construction and barely found a park after coming back from a function at 11:30pm. Overall, I'll probably use it again.'

'This was our second stay at the Emerald Inn. We stayed last year and liked it so much that we booked again for December, but in the meantime needed a last-minute trip and decided to try them again — glad we were able to get a room. It didn’t disappoint. The room was clean and comfortable. A little kitchenette is a great bonus even though we didn’t use it, and having a coffee press in the room was a huge plus. 'Staff were helpful, and very accommodating of our later arrival. Room was as expected for the price we paid. Only thing that wasn't great was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom, the entire bathroom was dripping wet after using the shower which left us having to use our towels to dry the floor, meaning we needed more towels and couldn't help with the environmental notice. Otherwise it was what we needed to rest our head at the end of each day for our short trip.'

'manager was niet vriendelijk rest van het personeel wel, er was geen kookgelegenheid , zwembad erg klein en koud, op de site voor boeking kon je de kamers niet zien, anders hadden we een kamer bij het zwembad genomen, er werd door de manager gezegd dat alle kamers volgeboekt waren, hebben we niet gezien.'
