Many items appeared stale or unfresh. Furthermore, buffet plates were not replenished regularly, and the coffee machines malfunctioned...

'Amazing service from start to finish! The staff were so welcoming and looked after me and my partner, even offering great perks and services as part of becoming members. Our room was spacious, warm, and had Sky TV. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Plenty of food options are just a short walk away, plus there’s convenient onsite parking. Highly recommend!'
